I only received part of my order

We do often send items separately. This is stated in your order confirmation.

Why do we send items separately? - Sometimes the items ordered are stored in different locations and are therefore sent separately.

If you visit VIEW ORDER in your order confirmation you can see the different tracking numbers which apply to each item.


Some items are also handmade to order and will arrive at different times.

If your item does not arrive within 28 days from date of order please contact us on sales@funkyecom.com and please provide the following:

1. Order Number - this starts with #FM

2. Name in which the order was placed

3. Date of order

4. The name of the item you are waiting for.
