I have a complaint
Complaints are never a good thing but sometimes they do help us improve.
If you do have a complaint with an issue not related to any of the questions above please send in your complaint to: sales@funkyecom.com and state the following:
1. Your name
2. Your order and date of order
3. The nature of your complaint.
4. Your desired outcome of your complaint. What is it you want resolving and expecting to achieve as a result.
We aim to review and deal with complaints within 14 days from receipt. Please be patient and wait for a response.
